If you're thinking about frying a turkey this year, it's actually an excellent way to cook a turkey, as the meat is very tender and moist, and not at all greasy. Is your community recycling waste vegetable oil?  If not, contact your city or county recycling center and ask them to recycle vegetable oils.  Tell them about us and that we'll pick it up for free!
